I’m gonna pile on this thread just to ask for a way to delete a base without physically accessing the computer because i now have about 3 or 4 bugged bases that are no longer accessible due to being built too high up in the atmosphere. Every thing is deleted but half of everything goes into your previous base computer that you can access at a new base.

It could very well be possible that back in the early days, a base was stored different, possibly even without an actual base computer object in the save. I originally placed a bar computer and wanted to move it but it seems it couldn’t be picked up (although its displayed as an option!). Select the base building mission in log.

It only way is to open it and select delete base. All decorated and had a farm and the game allowed me to delete everything except his base computer. There should be option to delete base when you interact with the computer.

Every thing is deleted but half of everything goes into your previous base computer that you can access at a new base. If an older save is updated to the next version of no man's sky (version 1.5+), the player will spawn without their base. Base computer archives quest glitch;
